We stand behind the quality and performance of your iSense mattress, which is why we offer a 10-Year Full Warranty that covers all components of your mattress—both structural and electrical—at no cost to you, for a full decade.
Whether it's a firmness issue, a comfort layer concern, or a technical component like the pump, remote, or sensor, you're covered.
During the warranty period, iSense will repair or replace any defective part due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use—at no cost to you, including shipping.
What’s Covered:

Indentations greater than ¾ inch not caused by improper support

Cracks or splits in the foam or cover under normal use

All electrical components (pumps, remotes, sensors)

Shipping and handling for all approved warranty claims
A Few Things to Know:

To keep your warranty valid, your mattress must be used with a proper bed frame or adjustable base that provides adequate support.

In some cases, a refundable deposit may be required for replacement parts. Once we receive the original item back, your deposit will be refunded.

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, but will always be of equal or greater quality.

If we replace a part or component, it does not reset or extend your original 10-year warranty.

Warranty does not apply to products used without proper support, floor models, or mattresses damaged due to misuse, abuse, or tampering.

Tampering with electrical components will void coverage for those parts.

Our warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Who’s Covered:
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with valid proof of purchase. It’s not transferable and does not cover floor models or “as-is” sales.
