We ask that you sleep on your mattress for at least 45 nights before requesting a return. That gives your body time to adjust to your new sleep system.
What Happens If You Return

We’ll provide a Return Authorization and a prepaid label for the electronic components (Comfort Control™ Unit, sensor, remote)
You’ll receive a link to schedule mattress pickup

Once your mattress is picked up and the components are returned, we’ll issue your full refund within 30 business days

Returns before 45 nights are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee

Adjustable Bases are not returnable

If components are damaged or missing, their value may be deducted

Canceled or refused orders after shipment will be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee and round-trip freight charges
