What are the benefits of a Comfort Control™ mattress?

A Comfort Control™ mattress gives each sleeper the ability to change the firmness of their mattress to find the right level of comfort for them. Change is made easily at the touch of an app, to ensure you get a restful night. For example, you might like a little extra softness after a tough workout, or a slightly firmer mattress following a back injury or weight loss.

Will I notice an improvement in my sleep after purchase?

It can take up to two weeks for your body to adjust to changes in your mattress, so we recommend you give your body time in between modifications. Try to keep changes small, no more than 10-20% in either direction, and give yourself at least three nights in between changes until you find what works for you.

We believe you will see an improvement in your sleep, but if you don’t, please contact one of our Comfort Control™ Specialists to provide assistance with adjusting your Comfort Control™ mattress.

How is an isense adjustable mattress different than my current mattress?

The mattress you are sleeping on now most likely doesn’t allow you to modify how firm or soft it is. Your Comfort Control™ mattress offers unique support, tailored to you. As you control your comfort and find your ideal setting, you will feel the mattress contouring to your body shape, reducing pressure points, and providing support where you need it.

What mattress sizes are available to purchase?

Comfort Control™ mattresses are available in the following sizes: Twin XL, Queen, King, Dual King, Flex Head King, California King, and California Flex Head King.

What exactly can you adjust on the mattress?

With the Comfort Control™ mattress, you can adjust the firmness on each side of the bed by using the isense app or the provided remote. A few simple adjustments can make it softer or firmer for a good night’s sleep. No need to call someone to assist you each time you need to make an adjustment for your comfort.

What is the best way to clean the mattress cover?

To maintain the quality of your mattresses’ premium cover, spot clean only. Putting your mattress outer cover in a washing machine could cause damage. We recommend using a mattress protector to keep your mattress looking its best!

Are you sharing my sleep data?

Unless you share this information with a Comfort Control™ Specialist, we will not be monitoring and/or accessing your sleep data in the app.

Does the app work on any phone?

The isense app is compatible with smart phones on iOS 7 or later and Android 4.3 or later.

Can I buy the mattress, base, and sleep tracking all together?

Sleep tracking comes standard on Revive isense adjustable mattresses and should be activated when you download the Sleepace app. The Elite Adjustable Base can be purchased separately or as part of the isense solution.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify a Comfort Control™ Specialist within 24 hours from the time and date of purchase. If you wish to cancel, please email customer.service@myisense.com or call 1-888-753-3706.

Does isense offer a warranty?

isense wants you to feel confident in your mattress purchase, so we offer a limited warranty, covering the original purchaser for ten (10) years from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in non-electrical bedding material or faulty workmanship under normal use. Electrical components, including the air chambers, pumps, and controls within the Comfort Control™ mattresses are covered under a limited warranty for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. From that point, electrical components would be prorated from 3 years 1 day to 10 years.

How do you change the pillow’s height?

The accessible inner pocket contains the cross-cut memory foam fill that can be removed or added back at any time so you can control your comfort. Just unzip the inner pocket and make your pillow as lofty or as flat as you like. Store any foam you remove from the pillow in the container the pillow arrived in, just in case you want to increase your pillow's height later. Use your sleep tracking data from your Comfort Control™ mattress to optimize your pillow height so you can improve your sleep quality.

Do I have to purchase extra foam to make my pillow full?

The Classic Adjustable Pillow is delivered at high loft, but if you would like your pillow to be extra firm, or if you've lost your foam supply, you can order more by calling a Comfort Control™ Specialist at 1-888-753-3706.

Can I wash my Classic Adjustable Pillow?

Absolutely! You may wash your Classic Adjustable Pillow’s outer cover by turning it inside-out. This prevents it from being snagged by other items in the washing machine.


180-Night Risk Free Trial

What is the 180-Night Risk Free Trial policy?

As you’re trying out your new isense adjustable mattress or Classic Adjustable Pillow, keep in mind that your body needs at least 45 nights to adjust to its new sleep support system. If you’re not completely satisfied with the overall comfort during any part of the 180-night risk free trial, contact our Comfort Control™ Specialists at customer.service@myisense.com or 1-888-753-3706 for assistance. Your trial date starts the date you receive your mattress.


Financing

Do you offer a financing program?

We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to become an isense sleeper, so we’ve partnered with Klarna to offer flexible financing options on purchases $1,000 and above.


Tracking & Returns

How do I track my order?

Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number via email that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

How do I start a return or exchange?

If you decide that your isense products aren’t right for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. Please contact us at 1-888-753-3706 to initiate your return. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full.

Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.

Will you deliver and set up my new mattress?

When you purchase a mattress from isense, you have several delivery options available to you.

  • Standard Residential Delivery – FREE - Order your mattress today and you’ll receive it delivered to your front door within 7-10 business days. Setup instructions are included and our Comfort Control™ Specialists are here to help with any questions you might have.
  • White Glove Delivery with In-Home Setup - White Glove Delivery provides in-home delivery, moving any furniture that might be in the way, and light assembly. We’ll even remove the boxes and your old mattress, if you’d like. With this option, the local delivery agent will call you to schedule a four-hour time frame for delivery. You’ll also get a call after delivery; we ask that you complete the post-service survey to give feedback so we can provide the best in quality and service.
