Since all new mattresses and their owners need time to adjust to the ideal comfort, we require customers to keep the mattress for 45 nights before initiating a return.

We choose to sell our mattresses directly to consumers online because we believe in-person shopping at a retail store is not the best way to buy a mattress.

However, we can assist with the removal of your old mattress with a third party provider. Mattress collection is a separate service from the installation. Yes, our mattress will work with any adjustable base, as long as it has a retaining bar at the foot to keep the mattress securely in place.
You do not. It only requires a flat sturdy surface with strong center support. Any adjustable base will require a retaining bar at the foot to secure the mattress properly. Note that only an iSense adjustable base will pair with our phone app, though this app is not mandatory.
Yes, one physical remote comes with the mattress. The elite adjustable base also contains a physical remote(s) with purchase.
No, FlexHead and Split mattress options are only available in a King size.
No, we sell only standard-size mattresses.
Yes, as long as you have a flat sturdy surface on which to sit the mattress. If purchasing an adjustable base, you can also remove slats on the frame and use the legs that come with the iSense adjustable base to keep it secure.
No, we currently only sell a Twin XL, Queen, King, and California King. Twin XL is slightly larger than a Twin, but is still best suited for one sleeper.
Yes, the Elite Adjustable Base will fit in most existing bed frames as it is about 1" smaller than the mattress.
Yes, the benefit to a FlexHead mattress is best experienced when paired with an adjustable base. The adjustable base provides you the ability to raise and lower the head of each side of the bed while providing a comfortable "cuddle zone".
Our mattresses are rated for 350 lbs per side.
No, mattresses and bases are sold separately.
Both of our mattresses are dual-adjustable. The only exception is a Twin XL, which is best suited for one person. However, you can set both sides of the larger mattresses to the same setting if there is only one sleeper.
The Sleep Number p6 bed-length air chambers can be quite disruptive, as air transfers motion more easily than foam. If your partner wakes in the night, it is more likely their movements will disturb your comfort. Read more >
