Every iSense mattress is made to order at our factory in Springfield, Missouri, then carefully shipped to your home.

We offer free standard shipping throughout the contiguous United States, so you can focus on what matters most—better sleep.

• Hawaii and Alaska: Additional shipping charges apply. Please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order

• International shipping is not currently available

Shipping Timeline

Mattresses & Adjustable Bases

• Delivery typically occurs within 2–3 weeks

Orders are delivered via specialized freight carriers to ensure safe handling of your mattress.

Smart Products & Accessories

Smart Adjustable Pillows, Classic Adjustable Pillows, and other sleep accessories ship via standard carriers such as:

• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS

Most smart products and accessories ship within 2 business days of placing your order.

Mattress Delivery Options

You may choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Basic Delivery – Self Installation

• Your mattress is shipped to a local transport hub

• Once the shipment arrives, you will schedule delivery to your first dry area (such as a front porch, lobby, or office)

• Mattresses arrive compressed and rolled in a box

Because iSense mattresses use premium materials, they are substantial—up to 145 lbs for a King size. We recommend having two people available to move the mattress inside your home.

Premier Delivery – Installed by Service Provider

With Premier Delivery:

• Your mattress is delivered by a professional installation team

• The service provider will contact you to schedule a delivery window

• The team will install your mattress and remove all packaging

Please note: Mattress removal is not currently available.

Adjustable Bases

Adjustable bases follow the same delivery timeline as mattresses (2–3 weeks) and are shipped via specialized freight carriers.

Delivery options include:

Basic Delivery: Assembly required

Premier Delivery: Professional installation included

Changing Your Order

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be changed or updated within one business day of placing your order.

After that time, the order may already be in production or preparing for shipment and may not be able to be modified.
