Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states is free. Additional shipping and handling fees will be added to shipments delivered to Hawaii & Alaska. Please contact us to receive a quote, prior to placing your order. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you the day of shipment.

Mattresses and Adjustable Bases Delivery Leadtime

If you live in the contiguous 48 states, your order will be manufactured and shipped via Specialized Freight Carrier and will be delivered to your home within 10-14 business days from when your order is placed.

Delivery Options:

Your new isense mattress is delivered one of two ways. You can choose the method you prefer when you are checking out of the shopping cart

1. Free to your door – Self Installation

Your order will be shipped to your local transport hub. Once the goods have arrived at that hub you will then be able to schedule an appointment online or by phone to deliver your order to your door. The mattress will be compressed and rolled for ease of handling. Free delivery with self-installation requires you to follow the installation instructions provided with the product.

Caution: Our mattresses use premium materials so they are heavy, up to 145 lb for a king size, so you will need two able bodies to move the mattress through the house.

 2. Installed by Service Provider

If you select the Installation by a service provider option at check-out, your order is shipped to our local Service Provider in your area. They will contact you to make an appointment to install your order. The installers will arrive at a mutually agreed time, install your mattress and clear away packaging materials.

Due to COVID restrictions, mattress removal is not available at time of installation.

All smart bedroom products, Smart Adjustable Pillow and Classic Adjustable Pillow will be shipped via common carrier within 2 business days of your order being placed.

180-Night Risk Free Trial Terms:
We believe your body needs time to adjust to its new sleep system, that’s why we give you up to 180 nights for you to experience your isense mattress or pillow with the comfort of knowing you can return the product at no risk or cost to you. All we ask is that you give it 45 nights before initiating a return. If you choose to return the mattress or pillow after 45 nights and before 180 nights, you need only contact one of our Comfort Control™ Specialists on 1-866-910-8605 who will step you through the process. Your trial date starts on the date you receive your mattress.

*Note: This does not include Adjustable Base purchases or Premium Platform Bases

Returns Process

  1. Contact a Comfort Control™ Specialist at 1-866-910-8605or email us at service@myisense.com to initiate a return.
  2. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be completed, and a reference number will be provided.
  3. Our Comfort Control Specialist will issue you with a shipping label so you can return the electrical items such as the pump(s), remote(s) and sensor(s).
  4. isense will organize for your mattress to be collected.
  5. Once the mattress is collected and you have mailed the electrical components back to isense, a full credit will be initiated. 

 

All returns processed before night 45 of sleep trial will result in a mandatory 25% restocking fee. Total estimated time to receive a refund is up to 10 business day once product is received and inspected. If any of the components appear damaged, you will be responsible for the retail cost of replacement for each component that is deemed damaged. Evidence of damaged component(s) will be kept on your sales order.

Once your order is shipped, orders cancelled or refused after shipping, will be credited with a refund, minus the freight cost to ship both ways and a 25% restocking fee.

Risk free trial not available on Showroom Floor Models, Closeouts items, Accessories, Premium Platform bases and Adjustable Bed Bases and are Non-Returnable.

Our 180-night risk free trial period is available on our Classic Adjustable Pillow, Smart Adjustable Pillow, Foam Mattress, and Hybrid Mattress. There are no return shipping fees for mattresses included in our 180-Night Risk Free Trial.

 

SMART BEDROOM PRODUCTS, ADJUSTABLE BASES AND ACCESSORIES

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged upon delivery or if there is a product defect, (In which a replacement product will be sent at no charge). Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.
